城市小型社区嵌入式养老设施设计研究

摘　　要：指出小型社区嵌入式养老设施是建设供给重要组成部分及其意义,分析了既有建筑更新方式的此类设施在设计、建设和运营环节面临的问题,并结合既有建筑更新改造的养老设施的设计实践提出解决方案和设计方法。最后,对建筑师在城市社区养老供给转型背景下的角色等相关问题进行了反思。This paper explicates the significance of the small community-embedded facilities for the elderly as an important constituent of institutional supply, and analyzes the problems of the existing facilities in terms of design, construction and operation. It also offers solutions to these problems based on practical regeneration of the facilities, ending with reflections on the role of architects in the current transition of supply of facilities for the elderly in urban communities.
