摘 要:本文以对甲基苯甲醛与正庚醛为原料,在碱和相转移催化剂作用下经羟醛缩合反应水相中合成香料甲基茉莉醛。用正交试验法对甲基茉莉醛的合成工艺进行优选,最后得到合成甲基茉莉醛的较优工艺:对甲基苯甲醛与正庚醛的投料摩尔比为1.4︰1.0,相转移催化剂苄基三乙基氯化铵用量为正庚醛摩尔数的6%,缓慢滴加正庚醛,控制反应温度65℃,反应5 h,在此较佳条件下甲基茉莉醛的收率约为77.3%。The Synthesis technology of 2-(4-methylphenyl)methylene-heptaldehyde was mainly discussed in this paper that was an aldol condensation of p-methylbenzaldehyde and n-heptylaldehyde under phase transfer catalysis in the aqueous phase. The optimal reaction conditions determined by orthogonal experiment are as follows: when heptylaldehyde is 6.84 g (0.06 mol), the reactant molar ratio of p-methylbenzaldehyde to heptylaldehyde is 1.4 to 1, the amount of BTEAC is 6 % of n-heptylaldehyde, reaction temperature is 65 ℃, reaction time is 5 hours, the yield is about 77.3 %.
