摘 要:以重庆交通大学校园的表层土壤为研究对象,在绿化、教学、生活三个不同功能区采集36个土壤样品,通过盐酸-硝酸-高氯酸消解,火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定铜的含量,根据单因子污染指数法评价铜污染现状。实验结果表明校园表层土壤所有采样点的铜含量为17.4~72.22 mg/kg,单因子污染指数为0.06~0.24,处于非污染情况。The campus of surface soils in Chongqing Jiaotong University as the research object, 36 soil samples were took from three different functional areas which were greening, teaching and living, the copper content was determined by hydrochloric acid-nitric acid-perchloric acid digestion and flame atomic absorption spectrometry, the copper pollution situation was assessed by single pollution index method. The experimental results show that the copper content of campus of surface soils in all sampling points was 17.4-72.22 mg/kg, single pollution index was 0.06-0.24, in the non-pollution situation.
