摘　　要：本文从《压力容器》、《中华人民共和国特种设备安全法》、《特种设备使用管理规则》、《移动式压力容器安全技术监察规程》、《机动车强制报废标准规定》等法规对危险品汽车罐车设计使用年限与报废年限的规定及理解出发,阐明了罐车使用寿命的意义、超设计使用年限罐车如何继续使用、定期检验等问题。In this paper, proceed from the provision and understanding of the dangerous chemicals tanker cars with designed service life and service life in the pressure vessels, special equipment safety law of the people＇s republic of china, special equipment service administration regulation, supervision regulation on safety technology for transportable pressure vessel, provisions on the standards for compulsory retirement of motor vehicles and other laws, this article significance of the service life of the tanker, how to continue the use and regular inspection of being service life tanker.
