摘  要:随着3D打印技术的不断发展,3D打印产品的种类也日益繁多,利用3D打印技术制造木塑产品的必将成为一种新的趋势。由于熔料温度对于木塑产品的加工有着重要的影响,因此本文针对木塑3D打印过程中螺杆挤出设备的传热过程进行研究,推导出相应的传热函数方程,以便为后续研究中温控编程提供理论指导。With the development of technology, there have variety of 3D printing products in the market, and the wood plastic 3D printing technology would be a new trend in the future. The temperature to melt plastic has an important influence on wood plastic products manufacturing, thus, this paper aims at studying the heat transfer process of screw extrusion, for wood plastic 3D printing. In the end, the author calculates the equation, it provids the theoretical guidance for the heat transfer function, as a foundation for subsequent research.
