摘 要:目的观察开封地区乙肝患者血清中抗核抗体检测结果并分析其与年龄、性别、肝功能、HBV DNA浓度的关系。方法选取2016年1月-12月在开封地区就诊的220例乙肝患者和96例健康体检者的血清标本,采用间接免疫荧光法检测抗核抗体水平,利用全自动生化分析仪检测患者肝功能,运用实时荧光定量法检测HBV DNA,从而分析开封地区乙肝患者抗核抗体水平。结果乙肝患者组抗核抗体的阳性率(25.00%)明显高于正常对照组(6.25%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在乙肝患者组中,女性乙肝患者抗核抗体的阳性率(18.20%)明显高于男性(6.40%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。抗核抗体水平呈现阳性患者中,以45岁以上患者居多。抗核抗体阳性组的血清白蛋白含量一定程度少于抗核抗体阴性组,抗核抗体阳性组的谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、总胆红素(TBIL)浓度显著高于抗核抗体阴性组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。抗核抗体阳性组的HBV DNA含量一定程度上高于抗核抗体阴性组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开封地区检测到部分乙肝患者体内含有抗核抗体,年龄、性别、肝功能状况、HBV DNA浓度可能影响抗核抗体水平。Objective To observe the serum anti-nuclear antibody in patients with hepatitis B in Kaifeng area and analyze the relationship with age, sex, liver function and HBV DNA concentration. Methods Serum samples were collected from 220 patients with hepatitis B and 96 healthy subjects in Kaifeng district from January to December in 2016. The levels of anti-nuclear antibody were detected by indirect immunofluorescence assay. The liver function was detected by automatic biochemical analyzer, The use of real-time fluorescence quantitative detection of HBV DNA, and thus analysis of Kaifeng hepatitis B patients with anti-nuclear antibody levels. Results The positive rate of anti- nuclear antibody in patients with hepatitis B (25%) was significantly higher than that in normal control group (6.25%), the difference was statistically significant (P 〈0.05). The positive rate of autiuuclear antibody (18.2%) in female patients with hepatitis B was significantly higher than that in male (6.4%), the difference was statistically significant (p 〈0.05). Anti-nuclear antibody levels were positive patients, mostly in patients over 45 years of age. (P 〈0.01). The levels of alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), and the expression of alanine aminotransferase (AST) in the antinuclear antibody-positive group were significantly lower than those in the anti- nucleolide negative group The concentration of total bilirubin (TBIL) was significantly higher than that of antinuclear antibody group (P〈0.05). The concentration of HBV DNA in the antinuclear antibody positive group was significantly higher than that in the anti - nuclear antibody group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Anti - nuclear antibody, age, sex and liver function were detected in some patients with hepatitis B in Kaifeng area. HBV DNA concentration may affect the level of anti - nuclear antibody.
