中医康复综合干预对AIS的疗效及认知的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨中医康复综合干预对急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)的疗效及对患者认知功能的影响。方法选取本院收治的AIS患者112例,随机分为实验组与对照组,各56例。两组患者均给予常规药物治疗,对照组采取神经内科常规护理,实验组在对照组基础上采取中医康复综合干预。比较两组患者护理干预后临床疗效,评估两组患者干预前后神经功能缺损、生活能力、运动及认知功能的变化。结果实验组总有效率(89.29%)明显高于对照组(66.07%)(P<0.01);与干预前相比,两组患者CNS、NIHSS、CDR评分均降低(P<0.01),且实验组低于对照组(P<0.01);两组患者Fugl-Meyer、ADL及MMSE评分均升高(P<0.01),且实验组高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论对AIS患者采取中医康复综合干预可明显改善患者神经功能、运动功能及心理状态,从而提高日常生活能力及认知功能。Objective To investigate the effect of the comprehensive rehabilitation intervention of traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） on acute ischemic stroke（ AIS） and its effect on cognitive function. Methods 112 patients with AIS in our hospital were randomly divided into the experiment group and the control group. Both groups were treated with conventional drugs,and the control group was also treated with neurologic routine,and the experiment group was also treated with comprehensive rehabilitation intervention of TCM based on the control group. The clinical outcomes of 2 groups was compared,and the changes in neurofunctional defect,life ability,exercise and cognitive function in 2 groups was evaluated. Results The total effective rate of the experiment group（ 89. 29%） was significantly higher than that of the control group（ 66. 07%）（ P〈0. 01）. The CNS,NIHSS and CDR scores after intervention in 2 groups were lower than before intervention（ P〈0. 01）,and CNS,NIHSS and CDR scores of the experiment group was lower than that of the control group（ P〈0. 01）.The fugl-meyer,ADL and MMSE scores after intervention in 2 groups were higher than before intervention（ P〈0. 01）,and fugl-meyer,ADL and MMSE scores of the experiment group was higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation intervention of TCM in the treatment of AIS can significantly improve the patients＇ neurologic,motor function and mental state,so as to improve the ability of daily life and cognitive function.
