脾胃虚寒证胃脘痛患者43例的中医护理体会

摘　　要：目的探讨脾胃虚寒证胃脘痛的中医护理疗效。方法通过对43例脾胃虚寒证胃脘痛患者实施中医辨证护理,以益气健脾,温中止痛为辨证施护原则,实施疾病相关知识宣教护理、情志护理、饮食护理以及中药熨烫、耳穴压豆、穴位按摩等中医特色护理,并观察临床护理疗效。结果临床缓解及显效31例,有效9例,无效3例。结论中医辨证护理对脾胃虚寒证胃脘痛患者临床护理疗效确切。Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on stomachache of deficiency-cold of spleen and stomach.Method 43 cases with stomachache nursed according to supplementing qi and invigorating spleen,warming middle energizer and alleviating pain. Combined with some specific traditional Chinese medicine nursing methods,like basic knowledge education nursing,emotional nursing,diet nursing,traditional Chinese medicine ironing,auricular points plaster therapy,acupoint massage. Result 31 cases were clinical recovery and marked improvement,9 cases were improvement,and 3 cases were invalid. Conclusion There received exact effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing for stomachache of deficiency-cold of spleen and stomach.
