糖平煎治疗2型糖尿病30例

摘　　要：目的观察自拟中药复方糖平煎治疗2型糖尿病患者的临床疗效。方法选取自2015年1月—2016年12月于我院内分泌科收治的糖尿病患者60例,采用信封法随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组30例,采用常规西医治疗糖尿病的方法,试验组30例,在对照组基础上口服中药糖平煎,观察两组患者血糖、血脂和糖化血红蛋白。结果试验组优于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论糖平煎汤治疗2型糖尿病患者疗效肯定。Objective To observe the clinical effect of self-made Chinese herbal medicine compound Tangping decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods 60 patients with diabetes from January 2015 to December 2016 in the department of endocrinology in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group using the envelope method.30 cases in the control group used the method of conventional Western medicine.30 cases in the experimental group took orally Tangping decoction on the basis of the control group.The blood glucose,blood lipid and glycosylated hemoglobin were observed.Results The experimental group was better than the control group,and there was statistical difference （P 0.05）.Conclusion Tangping decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus has definitely curative effect.
