摘　　要：咨访人种或种族匹配是指心理咨询师与来访者间人种或种族的相一致。国外研究者主要通过实证研究(模拟法研究、档案法研究、准实验设计)、meta分析和质性研究来探讨咨访人种或种族匹配对心理治疗的影响,但目前并未得出一致结论。本文对这些研究方法和研究结果进行综述,以期在现有研究基础上考虑人种、种族匹配乃至其他咨访特质匹配在我国心理咨询和治疗中的研究前景。Racial/ethnic matching means that psychological consultant and visitors are of the same race. Foreign researchers mainly studied the effect of psychological consultant and visitors of the same race on psychotherapy through empirical researches（ analog study,archival study,quasi-experimental study）,meta-analysis and qualitative researches,and have not got consistent conclusion. The author reviews these methods and results and hopes to explore the research prospect of racial/ethnic matching and other consult-visit matching characteristics in psychological consulting and treatment in China.
