电子血压计在糖尿病患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的评估电子血压计测量糖尿病患者血压的准确性及临床应用价值。方法采用随机数表法选取2016年2月~4月来我科住院的2型糖尿病患者131例作为研究对象,按照其合并症将其分为糖尿病合并高血压组和糖尿病合并周围血管病变组。分别使用电子血压计和台式水银血压计测量每位患者的血压,比较两种方法在不同组中的测量值的差异。结果两组分别应用电子血压计和台式水银血压计测得的收缩压,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而舒张压差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电子血压计作为一种血压监测工具可以用于临床上糖尿病患者的血压监测。Objective To analyze the accuracy and clinical apply value of electronic sphygmomanometers to measure the bood pressure （BP） of diabetic patients.Methods Randomly selected 131 type 2 diabetic patients,divided into diabetes with hypertension group and diabetes with peripheral vessels changed group,the BP of all the patients were measured by the electronic and mercurial sphygmomanometers, and then compared the difference of BP by using the two different methods btween the different groups.Results The （systolic blood pressure） SBP of two groups were measured by the electronic and mercurial sphygmomanometers were no significant difference （P〉0.05）,but not diastolic blood pressure（DBP）（P〈0.05）.Conelusion As a blood pressure monitoring tool, electronic sphygmomanometer can be used for the blood pressure monitoring of diabetes patients.
