摘　　要：目的探讨卡托普利联合尼福达治疗2型糖尿病合并高血压的疗效。方法将我院2016年1月~2017年2月期间收治的92例2型糖尿病合并高血压患者根据不同治疗方案分为实验组和对照组,各46例,对照组进行卡托普利治疗,实验组在对照组的基础上结合尼福达治疗。对比两组临床疗效。结果治疗后,实验组血压降低情况、总有效率均明显优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病合并高血压患者应用卡托普利联合尼福达治疗的临床疗效显著,安全且副作用不大,值得临床应用推广。Objective To investigate the Kato Pury joint,Faldan the curative effect on hypertension in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods Our hospital january 2016 to February 2017 in 92 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus according to different treatment regimens were divided into experimental group （n=46） and control group （n=46）, the control group of the Kat0 Pury treatment, the experimental group in the control group on the basis of combination therapy, he. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared,Results After treatment,the blood pressure reduction and total effective rate of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The clinical curative effect in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus combined treatment,application of Kato Pury Fuda significantly, safe and has few side effects, it is worthy of clinical application.
