经桡动脉冠心病介入治疗效果研究

摘　　要：目的综合分析经桡动脉冠心病(coronary heart disease)介入治疗的临床效果。方法选取在我院在2015年01月~2016年08月收治的140例冠心病患者作为研究对象。按照不同的介入途径方式分为A、B两组(每组均为70例)。A组患者应用经桡动脉介入治疗方法,B组患者应用经股动脉介入治疗方法。采用SPSS20.0统计学软件进行统计学分析两组患者的手术成功率、穿刺成功率、术后平均卧床时间、并发症发生率、心功能参数指标、下肢深静脉血栓形成率。结果 (1)两组患者手术成功率、穿刺成功率、LVEF(左心室射血分数)、LVDd(左心室舒张末期内径)、LVDs(左心室收缩末期内径)等心功能指标比较比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),(2)A组患者术后平均卧床时间显著短于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)A组患者体循环栓塞发生率、下肢深静脉血栓形成率显著低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经桡动脉冠心病介入治疗效果显著优于经股动脉介入治疗。Objective To comprehensively analyze the clinical effect of interventional treatment of coronary artery disease.Methods A total of 140 patients with coronary heart disease were enrolled in our hospital （January 2015 -August 2016） as subjects. According to different ways of intervention is divided into A, B two groups （each group were 70 cases）. A group of patients with the use of radial artery interventional therapy, B group of patients with femoral artery interventional therapy.SPSS20.0 statistical software was used to analyze the success rate,the success rate of puncture,the average time of postoperative bedtime, the incidence of complications,the parameters of cardiac function and the rate of deep vein thrombosis.Results （~）There were no significant differences in the success rate of operation,the success rate of puncture,LVEF （left ventricular ejection fraction）,LVEDD （left ventricular end diastolic diameter）,LVESD （left ventricular end systolic diameter）（P〈0.05）.（3）The incidence of systemic embolism and the deep vein thrombosis of group A were significantly lower than those of group B （P〈 0.05）.Conclusion The therapy effect of trans-radial intervantions is significantly superior to that of the femoral artery approach in patients with coronary heart disease.
