芪参益气滴丸辅助治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析芪参益气滴丸辅助治疗不稳定型心绞痛的效果。方法选择2015年3月~2017年3月不稳定性心绞痛患者60例,采取随机、双盲原则,随机分为2组(n=30例):治疗组和对照组。对照组给予硝酸甘油、阿司匹林肠溶片、倍他乐克、辛伐他汀、卡托普利等西医治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上服用芪参益气滴丸0.5 g/次,3次/d。4周后观察两组心电图疗效、疗效、血脂(总胆固醇-TC、三酰甘油-TG、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇-HDL-C和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇-LDL-C)。结果治疗组心电图有效率为86.67%,高于对照组的56.67%(P<0.05)。治疗组临床有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05)。治疗组TC、TG和LDL-C低于对照组(P<0.05),而HDL-C高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论芪参益气滴丸显著提高不稳定型心绞痛的治疗效果,改善血脂水平。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Shenqi Yiqi Dropping Pills in the treatment of patients with unstable angina pectoris.Methods 60 patients with unstable angina pectoris,selected from March 2015 to March 2017,were randomly divided into 2 groups （n=30 cases）-the treatment group and the control group. The control group received nitroglycerin,aspirin enteric-coated tablets,betaloc, simvastatin,katopury and so on,the treatment group was given Shenqi Yiqi dropping pills on the basis of the control group,0.5 g/times,3 times/d.At 4 weeks after treatment, ECG effect,clinical effect and blood lipids （total cholesterol-TC,three acyl glycerol-TG,high- density lipoprotein cholesterol-HDL-C and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol-LDL-C）before and after treatment were compared in the two groups. Results ECG effective rate in the treatment group was 86.67%,which was higher than that（56.67%） in the control group（P〈0.05）.The clinical effective rate in the treatment group was 96.67%,which was higher than that（73.33%） in the control group （P〈0.05）.TC, TG and LDL-C in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）, while HDL-C was higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Shenqi Yiqi dropping pills could significantly improve the curative effect and improve the blood lipid level in patients with unstable angina pectoris.
