专科监测指标法对降低皮下注射低分子肝素血肿发生率的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨专科监测指标法对降低皮下注射低分子肝素血肿发生率的临床应用效果。方法选取我院东院区心内科收治的冠心病患者200例,根据自愿原则,选取其中自愿接受常规注射法的100例患者作为对照组,另外自愿接受监测下标准注射法的100例患者作为观察组,观察组通过使用病区专科监测指标来规范护理人员按照评判标准进行低分子肝素皮下注射。对比两组患者皮下注射低分子肝素血肿发生率及护理服务满意度。结果观察组患者皮下注射低分子肝素血肿发生率明显低于对照组;观察组护理服务满意度显著高于对照组;差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施监测一年前后同组护士规范注射标准执行率比较结果有明显差异,实施后各项得分显著高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论专科监测指标法能严格规范护士皮下注射低分子肝素操作方法,杜绝注射部位血肿的发生,提高患者护理服务满意度。Objective To explore the clinical application of the special monitoring index method to reduce the incidence of subcutaneous injection of low molecular weight heparin hematoma.Methods A total of 200 patients with coronary heart disease were enrolled in this study. 100 patients with voluntary injection were selected as the control group and 100 patients who were voluntarily under the standard injection method were selected as the observation group, The observation group through the use of ward specialist monitoring indicators to regulate the nursing staff in accordance with the criteria for low molecular weight heparin subcutaneous injection. The incidence of low molecular weight heparin hematoma and the satisfaction of nursing service were compared between two groups.Results The incidence of low molecular weight heparin hematoma in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The satisfaction rate of the nursing group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.There were significant differences in the results of the implementation of the standard of injection standard between the two groups before and after the implementation of monitoring, and the scores were significantly higher than those before the implementation（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Specialist monitoring index method can strictly regulate the nurses subcutaneous injection of low molecular weight heparin operation method, put an end to the occurrence of hematoma injection, improve patient care service satisfaction.
