摘　　要：鲁米那钠是巴比妥类镇静催眠药,通常用于外科手术前或危重患者的镇静,过敏反应偶有发生,严重者可引起多器官系统衰竭,甚至死亡。因此要求在用药前详细询问过敏史,并密切观察用药后反应,发生反应后及时处理将不良后果降至最低。Luminal is sodium barbital sedative hypnotic drugs,often used for sedation or critically ill patients before surgery,allergic reactions occur occasionally,severe cases can cause multiple organ system failure,and even death.Therefore, it is required to consult the allergy history in detail before taking the medication, and observe the reaction after the medication.After the reaction,the adverse effects will be minimized.
