经食道超声心动图在外科微创房间隔缺损封堵中的应用

摘　　要：目的总结经食道超声心动图在外科微创封堵房间隔缺损中的监测应用。方法选取我院2014年1月至2014年12月经胸超声(TTE)初筛及TEE再次筛选的行外科经胸封堵术的患者108例作为研究对象。结果经TTE初筛的108例患者,有十例在术前行TEE检查后,未被纳入经胸封堵的标准,其余98例均在TEE的全程监测下行经胸封堵术且封堵成功。结论相对于TTE,TEE评估准确,可实时监测,在对缺损残端的测量与评估及封堵器选择上起着重要作用。Objective Summary transesophageal echocardiography（TEE）in minimally invasive surgical closure of atrial septal defect in monitoring applications. Methods Retrospective analysis of 108 routine patient data by transthoracic echocardiography（TTE） screening and re-screening of TEE in our hospital receive mini-invasive closure in January 2014 to December 2014. Results Ten cases were not included in the standard of transcatheter closure after TEE examination preoperative,by TTE primary screening of 108 routine patient,the remaining 98 cases were occluded by thoracic occlusion in the whole TEE monitoring,and the plugging was successful. Conclusion Compared with TTE,TEE assessment is more accurate,and can be monitored in real time,especially in the above measurement and evaluation and selection of the occluder defect stump plays an important role.
