基于TRIZ理论的高校师德师风建设路径探究

摘　　要：高校教师是贯彻高校创新教学理念的载体,也是为社会发展培养创新人才的教育主体。高校教师的师德师风在高校教育教学活动中发挥着重要而强大的影响力。通过阐述TRIZ理论的基本概念以及运用原理,并以此为基点分析有效提升高校师德师风建设的可行性策略,对具体建设路径进行阐述。University teachers are the carrier of implementing college innovative teaching concept as well as the education subject of cultivating innovative talents for social development. College teachers＇ ethnics play an important and powerful influence power in the teaching activities of higher education. This paper expounds the basic concept and application principle of the TRIZ theory, then analyzes the feasible strategies of effectively improving college teachers＇ ethnics construction, and expounds the specific construction path.
