摘  要:研究分析了目前洗发水配方中常用阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂、两性离子表面活性剂和氨基酸表面活性剂的泡沫性能、去污能力、洗后头发的柔软性。结果表明:氨基酸表面活性剂的泡沫粘度较大,其次是阴离子表面活性剂;AESA作为洗发水原料,性价比较高;多数氨基酸类原料有比较丰富和稳定的泡沫,洗后头发的柔软顺滑度较好,但是去污力较差;洗后头发的柔软顺滑度受洗发水配方中的表面活性剂的影响非常大,其次才是调理剂。The paper studied and analyzed the foaming properties and detergency of anionic surfactant, nonionic surfactant, zwitterionic surfactant and amino acid surfactant which are commonly applied in the formulation of shampoo as well as the softness of hair after using the shampoo. The results showed that: the foam viscosity of amino acid surfactant is relatively larger, followed by anionic surfactant; AESA has a high cost performance as the raw material of shampoo; most amino acid raw materials produce relatively rich and stable foam, good softness and smoothness of hair after washing, but poor detergency; the softness and smoothness of hair after washing are greatly affected by surfactant in the formulation, followed by conditioner.
