腹腔镜下子宫颈癌根治术的手术配合研究

摘　　要：目的:分析与探究在腹腔镜下子宫颈癌根治术中施以手术配合的临床应用效果。方法:将笔者所在医院72例宫颈癌患者作为研究对象,并将其按入院时间先后顺序分为对照组(行腹腔镜下子宫颈癌根治术)与观察组(腹腔镜下子宫颈癌根治术+手术配合),每组36例。对两组患者的各项临床指标状况及术后并发症发生状况进行分析对比。结果:观察组患者的各项临床指标状况优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者的术后并发症发生率高于观察组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在腹腔镜下子宫颈癌根治术中施以手术配合可以有效缩短手术时间,降低术中出血量,且可以有效避免术后并发症发生,值得推广。Objective： To analyze the effect of laparoscopic radical hysterectomy in the treatment of cervical cancer.Method： 72 cases with cervical cancer were selected as the research object in our hospital and the order according to the time of admission were randomly divided into two groups with 36 cases in each group, the control group（received laparoscopic radical hysterectomy） and the observation group（received combined with laparoscopic radical hysterectomy and operation cooperation）.The patients clinical indicators and the incidence of postoperative complications in two groups were analyzed and compared.Result： The clinical indexes of patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）; the patients＂ postoperative complications in the control group were higher than those in patients of the observation group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Laparoscopic surgery can effectively shorten the operation time, reduce the amount of bleeding, and can effectively avoid postoperative complications, which is worthy of promotion.
