摘　　要：总结了国外主要发达国家与国内代表城市的公共停车场在建设与经营等方面的相关政策,分析了公私合营(PPP)模式在公共停车场设施方面的应用。根据目前实施的相关政策,介绍了鼓励社会力量投资停车场建设的相关政策,并展望了智能停车诱导与智能停车支付在城市公共停车的应用。This paper summarizes the relevant policies of construction and management of public parking lots of major developed countries and domestic typical cities in China, and analyzes the application of public - private partnership （PPP） model in public parking facilities. According to the relevant policies being implemented, the relevant policies to encourage social capital to invest in parking lot construction are introduced, and the applications of Intelligent Parking Induction and Intelligent Parking Payment in urban public park- ing are forecasted.
