摘 要:针对海上油气处理系统在恶劣的作业环境下可靠性低的特点,采用RAM分析技术对某海上石油平台油气处理系统进行可靠性和可用度分析,建立可靠性数学模型,用可靠性分析的算法计算出系统主要设备的可靠性值和系统在寿命周期内可用度变化趋势。应用结果表明:运用RAM分析技术能够计算出寿命周期内油气处理系统的可用度分布规律以及辨识出系统薄弱环节,为提高油气处理系统的可靠性以及改进系统配置等方面提供措施及建议。Aiming at the low reliability of the offshore oil and gas treatment system in the harsh operating environment,the reliability and availability analysis of the oil and gas treatment system of an offshore oil platform are analyzed by using the RAM analysis technology. The reliability mathematical model is established and calculated by the reliability analysis algorithm,the reliability of the main equipment of the system and the availability of the system in the life cycle trends. The application results show that the use of the RAM analysis technology can calculate the distribution of the oil and gas processing system in life cycle and identify the weak link of the system;meanwhile,it provides some advices and measures to improve the reliability and how to improve the system configuration.
