摘　　要：对登记数据在化学品安全监管和事故应急救援中的应用进行了分析和研究,阐述了基于GIS的危险化学品数据系统的建设思路、系统构架和主要功能,提出系统对化学品安全监管、事故应急救援应用方向,并指出危化品登记数据的应用难以满足安全监管的需要、登记企业范围太窄和登记品种不明确等问题。针对所述问题,提出完善危险化学品登记范围和内容,加强使用及储存环节的登记工作,加强登记数据信息技术和应用方式研发等建议。In order to analyze and study the application of registration data in chemical safety supervision and emergency rescue,this paper expounds the construction idea,system architecture and main function of hazardous chemical data system based on GIS,and puts forward the systematic regulation of chemical safety,the application of emergency rescue applications,and pointed out that the application of hazardous chemicals registration data difficult to meet the needs of safety supervision,registration of enterprises is too narrow and the registration of species is not clear and other issues. In view of the above-mentioned problems,it is proposed to improve the registration scope and content of dangerous chemicals,strengthen the registration of use and storage links,strengthen the registration data information technology and application research and development and other recommendations.
