摘　　要：目的评价甘肃省6年间各级医疗机构法定传染病报告水平,为进一步提高传染病报告质量提供科学依据。方法采用分层随机抽样的方法,抽取甘肃省7个市、州57家医疗机构作为调查对象,开展传染病报告和登记质量的调查分析。结果甘肃省6年来法定传染病报告率平均为94.31%,及时报告率为95.92%,门诊日志完整率为92.57%,出入院登记完整率为93.95%,不同级别医疗机构及时报告率6年来整体呈现上升趋势。省级医疗机构的传染病报告和登记质量低。结论甘肃省不同级别医疗机构传染病报告质量有所上升,要进一步完善和规范HIS系统传染病报告管理功能,重点加强省级医疗机构传染病报告管理工作,全面提升甘肃省传染病报告质量的水平。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the reporting level of notifiable infectious diseases in hospitals at all levels in Gansu Province dur- ing the past 6 years, and to provide scientific evidence for further improving the reporting quality. METHODS A total of 57 hospitals were selected by random sampling method among 7 cities, to carry out the investigation and analysis of the infectious diseases report- ing and registration quality. RESULTS The infectious disease average reporting rate , timeliness rate, completeness rate of outpatient and inpatient were 94.31%, 95.92%, 92.57% and 93.95% for 6 years in Gansu. The timeliness showed an overall upward trend in the different levels of medical institutions from 2009 to 2014. Infectious disease reporting and registration quality of provincial medi- cal institutions were lower than other hospitals. CONCLUSION The reporting quality of infectious diseases in hospitals had been signif- icantly improved, but needed to further improve and standardize the HIS system, and focus on strengthening the management of infec- tious diseases for the provincial medical institutions, in order to enhance the quality of reporting level of infectious diseases in Gansu.
