摘　　要：全国碳交易市场即将运行,低碳经济发展逐步深化,油气储运企业未来发展将面临诸多挑战和机遇。在详细阐述中国碳交易市场发展历程和运行机制的基础上,深入分析了油气储运企业在全国碳市场形势下面临的机遇和挑战,结合油气储运企业特点,提出了如下对策和建议:积极参与国家政策、标准制定,研制企业低碳发展规划,逐步建立和完善企业碳资产管理体系,积极参与碳交易市场,开拓对外低碳技术咨询服务等,以期为油气储运企业低碳发展提供借鉴和参考。Oil ＆ gas storage and transportation enterprises will be faced with many challenges and opportunities in the future as the carbon trading market is about to put into operation soon and the development of low carbon economy is deepened gradually in China. In this paper, the challenges and opportunities which oil ＆ gas storage and transportation enterprises will be faced with in the domestic situation of carbon market were analyzed thoroughly after the development course and operation mechanism of Chinese carbon trading market were illustrated in detail. Based on the characteristics of oil ＆ gas storage and transportation enterprises, a series of countermeasures and suggestions were put forward so as to provide the lessons and reference for the low carbon development of oil ＆ gas storage and transportation enterprises. It is proposed to participate in the formulation of national policies and standards actively, prepare low carbon development planning of enterprises, establish and complete the carbon asset management system gradually, participate in carbon trading market actively and expand the technical consultation service of low carbon for other enterprises.
