摘  要:目的探讨电磁导航交锁髓内钉治疗股骨干粉碎性骨折的疗效及手术技巧。方法对35例股骨干粉碎性骨折应用闭合复位或者小切口开放复位,电磁导航交锁髓内钉内固定。结果 35例76枚锁钉均一次安装成功。患者均获得随访,时间6~22个月。患侧髋、膝关节功能恢复良好,根据膝关节HSS评分,35例评分均为优。依据Tohner-Wrnch标准评定功能恢复效果:优23例,良10例,可2例。未发生骨不连、感染、脂肪栓塞等并发症。结论电磁导航交锁髓内钉治疗股骨干粉碎性骨折具有固定牢靠、操作简单、减少辐射、节省手术时间及并发症少等优点,是一种较理想的远端锁定内固定系统。Objective To investigate the efficiency and surgical skills of the operation on comminuted femoral shaft fracture treated by interlocking intramedullary nail of electromagnetic navigation distal aiming system. Methods The 35 cases of comminuted femoral shaft fracture were treated with closed reduction or open reduction via minimal inva- sire incision and interlocking intramedullary nail of electromagnetic navigation. Results All 76 locking nails for 35 cases had been installed successfully. Follow-up for all 35 cases had been conducted, time was 6 ~ 22 months. Pa- tients got good recovery for hip and knee joint. 35 cases got an excellent HSS score. According to Tohner-Wrnch cri- teria to evaluate the functional recovery ,23 cases were excellent, 10 good and 2 were fair. No complications of nonun- ion, infection and fat embolism were found. Conclusions Interlocking intramedullary nail of electromagnetic naviga- tion distal aiming system is an ideal distal locking system, which is used to treat comminuted femoral fracture with a lot of advantages such as firm fixation, simple operation, reduction of radiation and operation time and less complica- tions.
