摘　　要：目的探讨有限切开复位带锁髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折的临床疗效。方法采用有限切开复位带锁髓内钉治疗60例股骨干骨折患者。观察手术时间、骨折愈合时间及术后并发症情况。结果手术时间60~80min。60例均获得随访,时间12~24个月。50例患者骨折愈合时间为6~12个月;10例术后5个月骨痂愈合不良,给予取出骨折远端锁钉,再次术后6~8个月骨折愈合。无切口感染、内固定松动及断裂、骨不连及伤肢短缩等并发症。结论有限切开复位髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折手术时间短,创伤小,并发症少,效果良好。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of femoral shaft fractures treated with interlocking intramedul- lary nailing assisted by limited open reduction. Methods Sixty patients with femoral shaft fractures were treated with interlocking intramedullary nailing assisted by limited open reduction. The operation time, fracture healing time and postoperative complication were observed. Results The operation time ranged from 60 -80 min. All 60 cases were followed up for 12 ~ 24 months. The fracture healing time was 6 - 12 months in 50 patients. Delayed union occurred in 10 cases, the patients were bony healed within 6 ~ 8 months after removing of distal locking nails. No incision in- fection, internal fixation looseness and fracture, nonunion and shortening of the injured limb happened. Conclusions Interlocking intramedullary nailing assisted by limited open reduction is effective method for the treatment of femoral shaft fractures. The fixation has the advantages of short operation time, less trauma, less radiation, faster postopera- tive recovery and fewer complications.
