摘　　要：随着利率市场化程度的加深和金融改革的深化,国内商业银行银行纷纷引入FTP工具。但随着银行业整体内外部环境的变化,FTP管理正面临一些新的变化。本文针对当前商业银行FTP管理面临的新形势、新问题提出了相应的应对策略。With the deepening of interest rate marketization and the deepening of financial reform domestic commercial banks have introduced FTP tools. With the change of the total internal and external environment the FTP management is facing some new changes. This paper puts forward the corresponding coping strategies for the new situation and new problems faced by FTP management of commercial banks.
