摘  要:目的探讨脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2与系统性红斑狼疮病情进展的相关性。方法收集177例我院确诊的SLE患者与60例年龄性别匹配的健康人员血清标本,检测标本LP-PLA2的活性水平以及其他相关指标,根据疾病的不同活动程度以及不同并发症对患者进行分组,比较组间LP-PLA2的差异性。采用多重线性回归分析建模探讨LP-PLA2与其他指标的关联。结果病情处于活动期的SLE患者和肾脏受累、贫血以及血凝异常组具有更高活性水平的LP-PLA2;LP-PLA2与LDL、SLEDAI评分、ALB、GLU和AST呈正相关,与HDL呈负相关。结论 LP-PLA2的活性水平与SLE患者的病情活动程度相关,并且可以用来评估SLE患者并发症的进展情况。Abstract:Objective To investigate the correlation between lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2 and progression of systemic lupus erythematosus. Methods A total of 177 SLE patients diagnosed in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The serum levels of LP-PLA2 and other related indexes were measured. The patients were divided according to the different activities of the disease and the different complications. We then compared the LP-PLA2 differences between groups. The relationship between LP-PLA2 and other indexes was explored by multiple linear regression analysis. Results The patients with active SLE and kidney involvement, anemia and hemagglutination abnormalities had higher activity levels of LP-PLA2; LP-PLA2 was positively correlated with LDL, SLEDAI score, ALB, GLU and AST, and was negatively correlated with HDL. Conclusion The activity level of LP-PLA2 is associated with the severity of SLE patients and can be used to assess the progression of complications in patients with SLE.
