摘  要:以环氧树脂JP-80、聚酰亚胺树脂与活性稀释剂和固化剂为原料,制得了一种新型耐高温聚酰亚胺改性环氧粘合剂,并通过对黏度-温度依赖性、凝胶化时间-温度依赖性、高低温下的拉伸剪切强度跟踪,对粘合剂的耐热性能、力学性能等进行了研究。结果表明:此种粘合剂在200℃的拉伸剪切强度达到最高(21.45 MPa),表观活化能Ea为69.9 k J/mol,黏度性能较好。A novel high temperature resistant epoxy adhesive modified by polyimide was prepared from epoxy resin (JP-80), polyimide resin, reactive diluent and curing agent. The viscosity-temperature dependence, gel time-temperature dependence, and tensile shear strength at different temperatures of the adhesive were investigated, and the thermal resistance and mechanical properties were studied. The results show that the tensile shear strength of the adhesive reaches the highest value (21.45 MPa) at 200 ℃, the apparent activation energy E, is 69.9 kJ/mol, and the viscosity performance is good.
