摘  要:运用ANSYS有限元分析绝缘子在湿污均匀、湿污加干燥带、湿污加干燥带电弧3种状态下的温度分布情况并进行试验研究,通过分析得到绝缘子在不同状态下随运行电压作用的温度变化情况。结果表明:绝缘子在同样湿润强度下,污层表面电阻率越小,热平衡后的最高温度越高,在干燥带表面电阻率不变的情况下,湿污层表面电阻率越小越容易产生干燥带电弧;在不同湿润强度下,表面电阻率相同时,绝缘子可能处于相同的运行状态,也可能处于不同运行状态,污层表面电阻率相同时,湿润强度越小越容易产生干燥带电弧;随着绝缘子干燥带产生的位置离对称轴越远,绝缘子整体温度越高但总体温度差别不大。Temperature field distribution of insulators under three states, which are wet and pollution evenly, wet and pollution with dry zone, and wet and pollution with dry band arc, was studied by ANSYS finite element analysis, and experiments were conducted. The temperature variation of insulators with operating voltage under different states was investigated. The results show that when the insulator has the same wet strength, the smaller the surface resistivity of pollution layer, the higher the highest temperature after thermal equilibrium is. When the surface resistivity of the dry zone is the same, the smaller the surface resistivity of wet pollution layer, the easier the dry band arc is to generate. When the insulators are in different wet strength and their surface resistivity is the same, the insulators can be in the same or different operating states. When the surface resistivity of pollution layer is the same, the smaller the wet strength, the easier the dry band arc is to generate. When the dry band of insulator is far away from the axis of symmetry, the overall temperature of the insulator is higher, but the overall temperature has little difference.
