摘 要:通过宏观检验、尺寸测量、化学成分分析、金相检验、腐蚀产物分析等手段对桑塔木油田某井气举阀断裂的原因进行了分析。结果表明,气举诱喷施工过程中气举阀在含氯及含氧腐蚀介质的冲刷下产生了严重冲蚀;由于表面加工精度较低,加工刀痕促进了裂纹扩展,气举阀在腐蚀介质环境下发生了氯化物应力腐蚀开裂。Macroscopic examination, size measurement, chemical composition analysis, corrosion product analysis and metallographic examination were used to investigate the reasons for the fractured gas lift valve in a well of Sangtamu oilfield. The results indicated that the gas lift valve has suffered severe erosion under the erosion of chlorine and oxygen corrosion medium during lhe gas lift induced flow. The crack propagation was prnmoted by machining marks because of low machining accuracy and the cracking of the gas lift valve was a kind of stress corrosion cracking in chlorine corrosive environment.
