摘 要:针对传统试油测试工艺在低孔低渗储层开发测试中存在污染地层和不能准确评价油层的缺点,研制了RFID智能井下可控开关工具,采用RFID射频通信技术控制井下开关工具的方法、以电动液压作为动力来源的新型直通式井下可控开关工具。该工具实现了一趟管柱进行分层测试,减少了提下油管次数,避免了压井及提下管柱对地层造成二次污染,缩短了试油周期;同时实现分层测试,准确的评价每层产能及压裂改造效果。Considering tile disadvantages of the formation pollution made by the traditional well test process without the accurate evaluation in low porosity and low-permeable reservoir of exploration, the RFID intelligent down-hole controllable switching tool was developed, which used the radio frequency communication technology assisted with the electro-hydraulic actuator to form a renovated model of straight-type controllable switch. The switch tool realized the stratification test with one-pipe string technology, which reduced the total amount oil tub- ing, prevented the second formation contaminant made by well killing and down-hole string, and shortened oil test period. Moreover, it has achieved stratification test with precise assessment of energy-production per layer and the effect of fracturing reformation.
