低分子肝素钙联合加压治疗对防治血液净化形成静脉血栓的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨低分子肝素钙联合双下肢加压治疗在股静脉置管行血液净化的急性中毒患者发生下肢静脉血栓的防治研究。方法将研究人群随机分为干预组(给予低分子肝素钙和双下肢加压治疗)和空白对照组,对比研究抗凝治疗和双下肢加压治疗对于血液净化治疗的急性中毒患者下肢静脉血栓发生率的影响。结果干预组和对照组凝血发生率分别为12%、44%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低分子肝素钙加双下肢加压治疗用于连续性血液净化抗凝效果佳,凝血发生率低。Objective This study aimed to investigate the prevention and treatment of lower extremity venous thrombosis in patients with acute poisoning of blood purification treated by low molecular weight heparin calcium（LMWH）combined with lower extremity pressure.Methods The study population was randomly divided into intervention group（Basic treatment with low molecular weight heparin calcium and double limb compression therapy）and control group（Basic treatment）,To compare the incidence of thrombosis effected by Anticoagulant therapy and both lower extremity inflatable compression therapy.Results Coagulation rate in intervention group and control group is 12% and 14%.（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of Low molecular weight heparin calcium plus double limb compression therapy for continuous blood purification anticoagulation is good,the rate of coagulation is low.
