咪达唑仑联合血液灌流治疗毒鼠强中毒患者的护理体会

摘　　要：目的探讨咪达唑仑联合血液灌流治疗急性毒鼠强中毒患者的疗效观察及护理体会。方法选取我院收治的3例急性毒鼠强中毒的患者,均应用血液灌流联合咪达唑仑治疗及护理干预。结果 3例患者均出现抽搐,其中1例20min内控制,2例30min^1h内控制,全部患者14~17d内痊愈出院,无1例死亡。结论血液灌流联合咪达唑仑治疗毒鼠强中毒效果显著,加强心理护理是急性毒鼠强中毒抢救成功的关键。Objective The purpose of this study was to evaluate the treatment effect of acute tetramine poisoning patients using hemoperfusion combined with midazolam.Methods Three patients with acute tetramine poisoning in our hospital were selected and treated with hemoperfusion,midazolam and nursing intervention.Results all 3 patients had convulsions,of which 1 cases were controlled by 20 min,2 cases were controlled by 30 min to 1 h,and all patients recovered from 14 to 17 d,and no patients died.Conclusion The treatment of tetramine poisoning using hemoperfusion combined with midazolam is very effective.Psychological nursing is the key to successful treatment of acute tetramine poisoning.
