摘　　要：采用inco Pat创新情报平台作为数据来源,对我国物联网产业专利进行统计分析,主要从专利申请数量、专利申请类别、中国专利申请人类别、IPC技术构成、专利转让趋势等多个角度我国物联网技术专利的发展状况,给出对策建议,以期促进我国物联网产业的发展。The patents in the Internet of things industry in China were statistically analyzed, taking incoPat in- novation information platform as the database sources, and the development situation of technology patents in the In- ternet of things in China was analyzed mainly from the number of patent applications, the category of patent applica- tions, Chinese patent applications, IPC technique composition, patent transfer trends and other multiple aspects. Fi- nally,counter measures and suggestions were given, hoping to promote the development of the Internet of things in- dustry in china.
