摘 要:通过有限元软件ANSYS建立了起重机大车轨道窄缝焊接接头的三维模型,并设置接近实际边界的条件,分析计算出焊缝内承载最大等效应力,得出窄缝焊其接焊缝内的力学性能完全符合起重机轨道承载要求。为推广起重机大车轨道窄缝焊接工艺提供了理论依据,能取得很好的经济价值和社会效益。Three-dimensional model of narrow gap welding joint in crane cart track was established by finite element software ANSYS,the actual boundary conditions closing to the actual conditions were set up,and the bearing the maximum equivalent stress in welding seam was calculated,it is concluded that the narrow seam welding the weld mechanical properties within the completely conform to the requirements of the crane rail bearing. This paper provides a theoretical basis for the extension of the narrow-seam welding process of crane rail,which can achieve great economic value and social benefit.
