江西省基层少儿体操孵化培育基地建设的探索与实施——以上饶市婺源紫阳小学体操训练基地为例

摘　　要：婺源紫阳小学体操训练基地在江西省体操中心的帮助与指导下,经过四年多的操作运行在发展概况、发展理念、建设内容及建设目标等方面已经取得了显著的成效,本文运用调查法对婺源紫阳小学少儿体操训练基地的总体设想、目标与建设基础、建设情况与实施效果进行调查,研究发现少儿体操训练基地建设,为不同年级小学生构建了一个体育创新教育、体操后备人才孵化和提高学生身体素质提供了平台保障,体操训练孵化基地建设效果显著。在不断的探索与实践中,江西省少儿体操训练孵化基地的建设取得一些成绩,培养出更多高水平体操后备人才,促进江西体操项目的发展。With the help and guidance of Jiangxi Gymnastics Center,after operation for more than four years,basic development,development concept,construction contents and construction target of Wuyuan Ziyang primary school gymnastics training base achieved remarkable results. In this paper,the overall concept,goal and construction basis,construction and implementation of the results of Wuyuan Ziyang primary school children＇s gymnastics training base have been investigated using the method of investigation and survey,the study found that the construction of children＇s gymnastics training base provides a physical education for gymnastics talent incubation and improve the physical fitness of students to provide a platform for different security grade pupils,gymnastics training incubation base construction effect is remarkable. In the continuous exploration and practice,the construction of Jiangxi children＇s gymnastics training base has made some achievements to train more high-level Gymnastics Reserve talents,and promote the development of Gymnastics in Jiangxi.
