基于“卓越工程师教育培养”能力培养的生物反应工程教学方法改革

摘　　要：针对生物反应工程课程在工科高校教学过程中存在的问题,开展基于"卓越工程师教育培养"的生物反应工程课程改革,通过探索性实践教育和引导互动式教学培养学生的工程能力和学习能力,并通过工程设计培养学生团队协作和沟通能力,使学生具备卓越工程师的工程能力和创新能力,也为该课程的在工科高校的教学提供参考。Aiming at the biological reaction engineering course in engineering colleges and universities to carry out the problems in the teaching process,based on ＂Excellence Engineer education＂ biochemical engineering curriculum reform,through exploratory practice education and guide the interactive teaching to cultivate students＇ engineering ability and learning ability, and cultivate students＇ teamwork and communication skills through the engineering design, the students with excellent engineers of engineering ability and innovation ability,but also provide a reference for the course teaching in engineering colleges.
