浅谈中医药院校科研团队管理经验——以湖南中医药大学“科研小组师生读书会”为例

摘　　要：目前,我国正大力培养大学生的科技创新能力,而现代医学的发展也由单一线性发展模式向结构式的网格发展,因此本科生的科研梯度团队建设显得尤为重要。但是由于本科生科研团队管理经验欠缺,团队制度松散,往往出现团队存在时间短、任务完成质量差、人员流失情况严重等情况。本文以湖南中医药大学"科研小组师生读书会"为例,从管理模式、管理办法、人员选拔等方面探讨中医药院校科研团队的管理经验。At present,China is trying to train college students＇ scientific and technological innovation ability,and the development of modem medicine has also transform from a single linear model to a structured grid. Therefore, construction of undergraduate research team became markedly significant. However, due to the shortage of undergraduate research team management experience and the loose team system, there are always situations such as short team existence,poor quality of tasks,and serious turnover of personnel. This paper takes ＂Teacher And Student Reading Club of Research group＂ in Hun an University of Chinese Medicine as an example,and explores the management experience of scientific research teams in Chinese medicine colleges and universities from the aspects of management mode,management methods and personnel Selection.
