摘　　要：生活安宁权在当今的大形势下,已经具备了成其为具体权利的条件。因此,在这里探讨生活安宁权的独立存在价值,以及如何对生活安宁权进行定位和构建,也就具备了一定的理论和现实意义。Right to peaceful life in today＇s situation,has had the requirement of present a specific rights. Here, therefore,to explore the right of peaceful life independent existence value,and how to fixing the right of peaceful life and building,also have certain theoretical and practical significance.
