摘 要:实验以酚醛环氧树脂(F-51)、邻甲酚缩水甘油醚(JX-017)、丙三醇三缩水甘油醚(662)和三芳基锍鎓六氟锑酸盐(UV-6976)作为原料制备了一种阳离子型紫外光固化涂料。并对该紫外光固化涂料的光固化膜的冲击强度、铅笔硬度、拉伸性能和断裂伸长率进行了分析。实验结果表明:当涂料中酚醛环氧树脂(F-51)质量分数为60%、阳离子引发剂三芳基硫鎓氟锑酸盐(UV-6976)质量分数为5%、邻甲酚缩水甘油醚(JX-017)质量分数为20%和丙三醇三缩水甘油醚(662)质量分数为15%时,所制备的紫外光固化涂料综合性能最佳,其紫外光光固化膜的拉伸强度为23.15 MPa,冲击强度为48 kg·cm,断裂伸长率为10.65%以及铅笔硬度为6 H。A cationic UV-curable coating was prepared using phenolic epoxy resin (F-51),o-cresol glycidyl ether (JX-017),glycerol triglycidyl ether (662) and triarylsulfonium hexafluoroantimonate (UV-6976) as agents.The impact strength,pencil hardness,tensile properties and elongation at break of the photocurable film of the UV-curable coating were analyzed.The results showed that when the content of phenolic epoxy resin (F-51) in the coating was 60%,the content of cationic initiator triarylsulfonium fluoroantoate (UV-6976) was 5%,o-cresol glycidyl ether (JX-017) was 20% and glycerol triglycidyl ether (662) content of 15%,the prepared UV-curable coating performance was the best.The tensile strength of the UV-curable film was 23.15 MPa,the impact strength was 48 kg·cm,the elongation at break was 10.65% and the pencil hardness was 6 H.
