摘　　要：应用流体力学专业的数值分析软件Ansys-Fluent,对铂金通道进行温度场与流场的耦合计算;应用软件的"用户定义函数(udf)",编写自动调节铂金通道的加热功率的程序,使各段铂金通道的温度达到预定目标。从计算结果分析得到结论:在温度上升段铂金通道内,对壁面附近的气泡上升有利,但当气泡上升到中间或接近顶部位置时,上升速度会降低甚至停止;在温度下降段铂金通道内,对壁面附近的气泡上升不利,但对已经上升到中间或接近顶部位置的气泡溢出影响不大;在工艺设计时应将温度上升段管道放在前面,下降段放在后面。通过计算加热功率与实际使用加热功率比较,两者基本一致,验证了加热功率数值模型的可靠性。Ansys-Fluent,a numerical analysis software for hydrodynamics,is used to calculate the temperature field and flowfield of the platinum channel. The'user-defined function(udf)'of the software is used to write the program to automatically adjustthe heating power of the platinum channel. The temperature of the platinum channel reaches the intended target. From the analysis ofthe results,it is concluded that the rise of the bubble near the wall is favorable in the platinum channel of the temperature rise,butthe rising speed will decrease or even stop when the bubble rises to the middle or near the top position. In the platinum channel ofthe temperature decrease,The bubble rise near the wall is unfavorable,but has little effect on the bubble overflow that has risen tothe middle or near the top position. In the process design,the temperature rise section pipe should be placed in front and the de-scending section should be placed. By comparing the heating power with the actual use of heating power,the two are basically thesame,verify the reliability of the heating power numerical model.
