摘　　要：主要对首次开发中厚规格耐蚀模具扁钢锻件进行了锻造实践,在3150t快锻机上采用扁平倒棱大压下量锻造方法,锻后检验质量满足用户要求,实现了太钢锻造中厚规格扁钢新的突破,对锻制中厚规格扁钢市场的开发具有重要的意义。This paper focuses on the forging practice of first developed medium and thick corrosion resistant mold flat steel forgings. The forging method of flat chamfering large reduction is adopted in 3150 t fast forging machine, and the quality inspection after forging meets user requirements, which makes new breakthrough in medium and thick flat steel forged in TISCO, and is of great significance to the development of medium and thick flat steel forged in the market.
