摘　　要：介绍了膨润土罐车气力输送改造前的状况,并详细研究了技改方案及相关的设备配置及费用预算,最后对技改效益进行分析,效果良好。使用气体输送方式相对于人工装卸方式成本降低,每年吨球团矿减少成本为0.031元/t。This paper introduces the condition of pneumatic conveying by bentonite tank car before reconstruction, and studies the technical scheme, related equipment configuration and cost budget in detail, finally the benefits of technical transformation are analyzed with good effect. In contrast to manual handling, pneumatic conveying reduces the cost by0.031 yuan/t per year per ton of pellet.
