摘　　要：玻璃粉是制造泡沫玻璃的主要原料,将高硬度且细磨性能差的碎玻璃粉磨到所要求的细度是一个技术难题。经过对玻璃磨磨内参数与核心部件的研究改进,有效提高玻璃磨的粉磨效率,可将玻璃粉磨的更细,玻璃粉的颗粒级配也更适合生产的工艺要求。为生产高性能的泡沫玻璃奠定基础。Glass powder is the main raw material for producing foam glass.It is a difficult problem to grind the broken glass with high hardness and poor fine-grinding-property to the required fineness.The grinding efficiency of glass grinding is improved after the research and improvement of the parameters and inner core components of the glass mill.The glass can be grinded finer.The particle size distribution of glass powder is more suitable for the production process requirements.It supplies a good foundation to producing high-performance foam glass.
