摘 要:脓毒症是全球危重症的主要致死原因之一,目前面临着提高抢救成功率、缩短ICU住院时间、降低病死率、减少相关住院费用的巨大挑战。如能通过早期干预和阻断脓毒症患者的一系列炎症级联反应,可以提高脓毒症患者的抢救成功率,缩短ICU住院时间,降低病死率等,对患者和社会均具有重要的社会效益和经济效益。目前研究发现血液灌流联合连续性静脉-静脉血液滤过治疗可能通过更好地清除炎性介质、调节细胞免疫、改善内环境等机制为脓毒症的治疗带来新的希望。该文就其相关研究概况进行综述。Sepsis is one of the main causes of critical illness globally, which is faced with the challenges of improving the successful rescue, shortening the length of ICU stay, reducing the mortality and hospitalization expenses and these may be done by early interventing or blocking a series of inflammatory cascade reaction in the septic patients. These early treatments have important social and economic benefits for the patinents. So far, many studies have found that a blood perfusion joint continuous vein-vein hemofiltration treatment can effectively remove the inflammatory mediators, adjust the cell immunity and improve the internal environment of the body, which will bring a new hope for the treatment of sepsis. The progress of research on blood perfusion jiont continuous vein-vein hemofiltration for sepsis is reviewed in this paper.
