摘　　要：绿色化是国家推进生态文明建设的重要战略之一。本文结合国内外相关经验和浙江省开展的县域绿色化改革试点工作,提出了包括绿色经济、绿色社会、绿色环境、绿色机制四个方面的县域绿色化发展指标体系框架,设计了绿色化发展指数的评价测算方法,并提出了进一步健全指标评价考核机制的四点建议,力求为推动县域健康可持续发展建立科学的评价体系。Greening development is an important strategy for promoting ecological civilization of China. Based on experiences of relevant researches and a provincial pilot of county's greening development and reform of Zhejiang, the paper proposed a framework of Greening development evaluation indicators system, including green economy, green society, green environment and green mechanism. Then, the calculation method for the "Green Index" is designed and our suggestions on improving the index evaluation and assessment mechanism are given. This research strives to establish a scientific evaluation system to promote healthy and sustainable development for counties.
