农村2型糖尿病患者一级亲属随机血糖高危状态与生活方式的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的分析农村2型糖尿病患者一级亲属随机血糖高危状态与生活方式的相关性。方法采用便利抽样法,自行设计问卷,对嘉兴市农村2型糖尿病患者的一级亲属832例进行一般资料、生活方式等调查研究,同时测量随机血糖。随机血糖高危状态与各变量采用单因素分析,多因素分析采用多元Logistic回归分析。结果随机血糖高危状态(随机血糖≥5.6mmol/L)671例,占80.6%。多元Logistic回归分析显示嗜好甜食、嗜烟和女性是随机血糖高危状态的影响因素。结论农村2型糖尿病患者一级亲属随机血糖高危状态发生比例高,与嗜好甜食、嗜烟和女性密切相关,宜积极关注和干预。Objective To analyze the correlation between high-risk situation of random blood glucose and life style for first-degree relatives of rural patients with typeⅡ diabetes.Method Investigate 832 first-degree relatives of rural patients with typeⅡ diabetes from Jiaxing on general informatim and life style by random sampling and self-designed questionnaire.Test random blood glucose at the same time.Analyze high-risk situation of random blood glucose and each variable by Spearman correlation analysis.Make multiple analyses by multivariate logistic regression analysis.Result 671 cases（80.6%）of high-risk situation of random blood glucose（random blood glucose≥5.6 mmol/L）are found.Multivariate logistic regression analysis shows that addicted to sweetmeat,addicted to smoking and female are influencing factors of highrisk situation of random blood glucose.Conclusion There is a high incidence of high-risk situation of random blood glucose for first-degree relatives of rural patients with typeⅡ diabetes,which is related to addicted to sweetmeat,addicted to smoking and female and need be to intervened.
