大规模低阶煤管式间接干燥技术主设备的吊装就位剖析

摘　　要：蒸汽管式干燥机被广泛应用于大规模低阶煤管式间接干燥工艺技术中,该设备直径大、质量大、倾斜安装、吊装难度大。本文结合工程实例,阐述了煤干燥工序中蒸汽管式干燥机一次性吊装到位,即一次性吊装至楼层标高39m以上、工艺角度(12°)安装就位、精准对位仅0.2mm间隙键槽的吊装工艺,分析了其技术特点和设备选型,对类似大型旋转设备的吊装具有参考作用。The steam tube type dryer,an equipment which is big in diameter,great in quality,inclined in installation and difficult in hoisting,is widely used in large-scale,low-rank and coal pipe type indirect drying technology.Combined with engineering cases,this paper describes the process of disposable hoisting of steam tube type dryer in the coal-drying procedure.This process will meet some certain criteria：one-time lifted to and installed in a place where its height should be 39 m higher than floor elevation,accurate installation angle（12°）and precisely 0.2mm keyway match.Besides,the technical features and equipment selection are also covered in this paper.This paper,as a reference,will be beneficial to similar large rotating equipment in its lifting task.
